The parties have agreed to enter into Applicable Standard Contractual Clauses (“SCCs”) or other terms as described in the applicable Agreement that will apply to and govern the relevant processing of personal data. For purposes of the Agreement, the Applicable SCCs will be as set forth in the following links associated with each standard contractual clause:

Controller - Processor SCCs. Where Google is the Data Controller and the counterparty is a Data Processor as described in the Agreement, the parties will enter into the following Controller - Processor SCCs: https://business.safety.google/gdprcontrollerterms/sccs/eu-c2p-ipa/.

Controller - Controller SCCs. Where Google is the Data Controller and the counterparty is a Data Controller as described in the Agreement, the parties will enter into the following Controller - Controller SCCs: https://business.safety.google/gdprcontrollerterms/sccs/eu-c2c/.

Processor - Processor SCCs. Where Google is the Data Processor and the counterparty is a subprocessor as described in the Agreement, the parties will enter into the following terms:

• Cloud Processor - Processor SCCs: Where the Agreement contemplates processing personal data related to a Google Cloud product as described in the Agreement or relevant statements of work, the parties will enter into the following Cloud Processor - Processor SCCs: https://cloud.google.com/terms/sccs/3p-subprocessors.
• Ads Processor - Processor SCCs: Where the Agreement contemplates processing personal data related to a Google Ads product as described in the Agreement or relevant statements of work, the parties will enter into the following Ads Processor - Processor SCCs: https://business.safety.google/adsprocessorterms/sccs/p2p-subprocessors/; or
• Processor - Processor SCCs: In cases where Google is the Data Processor and the counterparty is a subprocessor as described in the Agreement and the Agreement contemplates processing personal data not related to Clouds or Ads products or services as described in the Agreement or relevant statements of work, the parties will enter into the following Processor - Processor SCCs: https://business.safety.google/gdprcontrollerterms/sccs/eu-p2p-ipa/.

Changes to this page. Google may make changes to this page as necessary to incorporate any new or new version of an Applicable Standard Contractual Clause that may be adopted by Applicable Data Protection Laws, in each case in a manner that does not affect the validity of the Applicable Standard Contractual Clauses.
